Following the loss of my incredible Dad in August 2023, I will be completing (hopefully!) a 25K walk through London to raise funds for Parkinson’s UK.
Dad died from complications related to his Parkinson’s Disease and had endured 15 years of living with its symptoms. It significantly impacted his life in many ways, along with that of my amazing Mum who cared for him throughout. I’m fundraising to help support better care, treatments and quality of life for Parkinson’s patients and their families. The 14th September also happens to be Dad’s birthday, making it a fitting way to mark this special day and do something positive in his memory. ❤️
